Pre-Cleaning Checklist
- Vacuuming before we deep clean your carpet is an important first step.
Let us know if you'd like us to vacuum for you*. - Please remove small objects and breakables from the areas to be cleaned.
- If you want objects like bookshelves moved, please remove all contents first.
- We will move some furniture (sofas, chairs, tables, etc.) and place protective pads under legs to prevent staining of the carpet.
- We will try to accommodate you any way we can, but we will not move some musical instruments, grandfather clocks, most beds, full china hutches, full bookshelves, entertainment centers, pool tables, computer desks etc.
- Because furniture is not designed to be moved when it is full, please be sure that the furniture you would like to be moved is empty.
- We do reserve the right, to not move any piece of furniture, or household object that we do not feel comfortable with.

- Protectants - Forms an invisible shield, like a sealant, around each fiber, that repels liquid spills, makes carpets easier to care for and protects your carpet investment by making your carpets last longer. (It is effective, non-toxic, CFC- and solvent-free and is safe for your family and pets)

- Duct Cleaning - We offer full service duct cleaning coordinated with you carpet cleaning or maid service.
- Mattress Cleaning - As part of our allergen reduction system, we offer a mattress cleaning system which significantly reduces the dust mite allergens that build up in your bedding.
- My appointment time was 8am - 10am. What time will my technicians arrive?
Your appointment time is a two hour arrival time window. Our technicians will normally call you when in route, or even earlier to let you know when they expect to arrive within your arrival time window. We try very hard to stay on schedule, however, some situations are out of our control and we want to provide each customer with the same quality of high quality of service. - How long before I can walk on my carpet?
You can walk on your carpet immediately, but be careful walking off the carpet to a hard surface, because you could slip. You should wear clean white bottom slippers, or other waterproof foot ware (not socks) that will keep your feet from getting wet.
